About the Role

Join our dynamic HR team at Accenture, where we support our client on their journey through HR transformation. As an HR Service Delivery Analyst, you’ll be the first point of contact for employees seeking assistance on various HR topics — from onboarding to job changes and exits. You’ll ensure accurate handling of HR processes while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will:

  • Support and guide employees via phone and email on HR-related topics

  • Help users navigate self-service tools for job or personal data changes

  • Deliver consistent support in:

    • Onboarding activities

    • Preparation of HR documents

    • Processing personal information updates

    • Supporting job promotions and changes

    • Termination procedures

  • Analyze and resolve lower-complexity problems independently or with guidance

  • Follow detailed instructions for new assignments, with more autonomy in daily tasks

  • Contribute individually within a collaborative team environment

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2) language; knowledge of Czech language is a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 1+ year of experience in HR or a similar support function (e.g. customer service, administration, hospitality, operations)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills — both written and spoken

  • A client-oriented mindset and passion for delivering great service

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Workday or SAP is an advantage
