Credit & Collections Analyst – French Speaker

We’re on the lookout for a Credit & Collections Analyst who’s ready to play a key role in managing collections, assessing credit risk, and maximizing cash flow for a dynamic, international portfolio.

In this role, French fluency is essential, as you’ll be engaging daily with our French-speaking clients and stakeholders across Europe. Your ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues swiftly will directly impact our cash flow, customer satisfaction, and business success. This role is a maternity cover.

🌟 What You’ll Do:

As a Credit & Collections Analyst, you'll be at the heart of our finance operations:

• Own and manage the full collections process for your assigned portfolio

• Build professional relationships with internal and external customers to resolve disputes quickly and efficiently

• Deliver accurate monthly cash receipts forecasts and ensure targets are met

• Analyze customer financials to assess credit risk and make strategic recommendations

• Support leadership with reports, reconciliations, and insights

• Proactively improve processes to drive results and add value across the board

🌟 What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent French and English (this is a must!)

• 1+ year of experience in credit or collections

• Educational background in Finance or a related field

• Strong analytical mindset and financial acumen

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• A proactive, goal-oriented attitude and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Familiarity with accounting principles and risk analysis

• Confidence in using Excel and Microsoft Office

• Comfortable reaching out to customers by phone and following up consistently
